Our  turning centers turn your parts with the precision and reliability you expect. Machined parts up  to 12" diameter and 30" long fit our available work envelope here in Machesney Park, IL, Let us Review your project and let Applehouse be your machining manufacturer.

Our turning:

1. 2023 Samsung 3500y  12" chuck 30" max length.
2.  Mazak integrex 5 axis  6" chucks main and sub. spindle.
3.  Mazak QT  8" chuck and 18" max length.

Our vertical machining centers have  

20" x 40" travels to accommodate your machined parts. 12.000 rpm spindles, spindle-thru coolant, and high pressure coolant options on our cnc milling machines. Programming is almost always done utilizing our Fusion 360 CAM system. As a machining manufacturer, his lets us evaluate each part and determine the best tool path strategy. Sometimes it is  High Speed machining, Peel milling, or conventional milling strategies.

1. 2017 YCM  20" x 40" travels
2.  Hardinge VMC II 20" x 40" travels
3.  Milltronics RW20 15" x 30" travels
4.  Kia VMC   20" x 40" travels.

Our new Trimos V7 height gauge was added  new in 2023. It has ability to measure machined parts heights up to 28", diameters, and hole patterns within .0002".

It makes its home on top of a new (2023 ) granite surface plate measuring 36" x 48" right here in Machesney Park IL. As a machining manufacturer, Applehouse Mfg. also is equipped with a wide range of gauge blocks, precision pin sets, and indicators.
